Experience floating above the floor, getting more full-body engagement, and core work, as your body keeps itself steady and works against gravity to transition between poses. Aerial yoga is a great bodyweight cross-training exercise that improves flexibility, strength, and stamina. Aerial Yoga can be dynamic, as well as restorative, and deeply relaxing.

Suzanne is a highly experienced certified teacher with more than 10 years of dedicated practice. Her professional training consists of Vinyasa Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pole Dance, and Mobility/Stretch. Students find her class challenging, fun, and motivating. She likes to create a friendly flow atmosphere where everyone feels connected. In Suzanne's classes, she guides the students through mindful movement and self-awareness to find the balance between our mind and body alignment with breathwork.
