In this unique evening Yoga series, we practice a balanced variety of Yoga Asanas, both active and restorative. We build strength and stamina with a meditative foundation. We learn and practice the important principles of alignment, stability, and movement while placing the breath in the context of the body.

With 15 years of teaching experience, a Level 3 Iyengar Yoga Certificate, and a unique teaching style, Asaf combines stimulating Yoga practice with a non-dogmatic philosophy of non-duality. He aims to create an experience of deepening both physically and mindfully. His classes are often challenging and spiritually infused with the recognition of the inherent fullness of heart.
