Zoom Meeting Link will be automatically available 20 min before class. Please help us by booking in advance as much as possible. Classes are canceled 60-90 before if a min of 3 students per class is reached.
Please get comfortable and make sure you set up your webcam far enough from your mat so the teacher can view your whole body while practicing.
Having Props is recommended.
To make the most of an Iyengar Yoga Class please make sure you got a yoga mat, two yoga bricks, one yoga belt, a yoga bolster, and a blanket. If you don't have any you can still take the class but it's advisable to get yourself these props for the next time.

Johanna was introduced to Iyengar Yoga in 2003 and ever since explores how yoga influences our physical and mental health. She loves the way that yoga practice helps with focus, stability and balance our daily life, especially in difficult situations. She is fascinated by how Asanas (the postures) and Pranayama (breath control) influence the mind and emotions.
